Moratoria Winery founded in 1910 by Manolis Moraitis. He cultivated his own vineyards, while he gathered and vinificated grapes from selected vineyards of the island.

Nowadays, in the private 10 ha vineyard, the 4 th generation of the family cultivates well known and rare indigenous varieties of Paros island. It combines the long tradition with the modern technology to produce high quality wines that reveal the unique characteristics of Paros terroir!
